We have partnered with No Greater Love, a Christian music festival, to talk about what FBB does with many people!

Location: Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary & College – ministry fair tent
Dates: Saturday August 11 & Sunday August 12
Schedules TBA (please let Laura know your availability)

Orientation and Help Pack equipment (mandatory): WED AUG 8, 6:30

Duties:

• Set up resource table and conversation areas in our 10x10 space
• Hand out/share info about the Be Ready 2019 conference, courses, volunteering
• Invite attendees who are interested to learn more about FBB to fill out a contact
• card
• Ensure cards are inserted into the envelope labeled Attention: Laura
• At the end of the day, pack books and resources into totes and cover tables and chairs to ensure dryness for the next day.

You will be supplied with the tools required for the job:

• square card reader and instructions, a cash float, receipt book
• pens, paper (stationary kit), prices chart
• Chairs and a covered space. Cloths for wiping furniture and tables and plastic coverings for equipment

Access to the music festival during the time you are volunteering. 

What to bring:

• snack/meal or $ to purchase food, water,
• your smile and readiness to engage with the public
